The Renovation:

'Sea View', as the house was previously named, had not been lived in since 1964, and had gradually fallen more and more into disrepair.

When Annie and Andrew bought the property it had no windows, now power or water, and very little roof covering. It was full of broken internal walls, debris and rubbish.

From a completely derelict granite shell with little remaining roof, Tigh na Breac has been lovingly rebuilt to modern standards. Utilising a timber-framed internal structure, new floors and a completely new roof, the house is warm comfortable and has the most amazing views of Loch Etive in front and Benn Dhurrinish behind. Here are some of the images of the house when it was in a sorry state!
